Let’s Get Wealthy™ — Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in the Let’s Get Wealthy™ programme, you agree to the following legally binding terms and conditions:
1. Programme Overview
Let’s Get Wealthy™ is a 12-month financial education and mentoring programme created by Louisa Willcox, Profit & Wealth Mentor. The programme provides educational resources, group coaching, templates, tools, and support to help entrepreneurs improve their financial understanding and build long-term, conscious wealth.
2. Educational Purpose Only — Not Financial Advice
This programme is for educational and informational purposes only. The content is based on Louisa’s experience and training but does not constitute regulated financial advice.
Louisa Willcox is not a financial advisor, investment planner, or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Nothing in this programme should be interpreted as investment, legal, or tax advice. You are fully responsible for your financial choices and outcomes.
If you are unsure about your financial situation or require regulated guidance, you are strongly advised to seek professional advice from a qualified financial advisor or accountant.
3. Payment Terms
By enrolling, you agree to pay the full programme fee of £2,424, either:
In full upfront:£2,200(discounted rate), or
In12 monthly instalments of £202
This is a 12-month legally binding commitment. By choosing the payment plan, you agree to pay all instalments in full and on time.
Non-payment may result in your access being paused or removed until payment is up to date.
4. Failure to Pay / Debt Recovery
If a payment is missed or declined and not rectified within 7 days:
You will be contacted with a request to bring the account up to date
Continued non-payment will result in thefull outstanding balance being referred to a debt collection agency
You will bepersonally liablefor all debt collection costs, administrative fees, and legal charges incurred
In addition to the overdue balance,interest will be charged monthly at the current Bank of England base rateuntil paid in full
If you signed up using business details and your business enters insolvency or ceases trading,you remain personally liable for the outstanding balance
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of this programme and immediate access to resources, no refunds are available under any circumstances — including personal or business changes, non-participation, or change of mind.
You are entering into a 12-month commitment and are fully responsible for fulfilling all payments, regardless of usage.
6. Results Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
No results are guaranteed. Individual outcomes depend on your personal circumstances, decisions, and implementation.
Let’s Get Wealthy™ Ltd and Louisa Willcox accept no responsibility or liability for:
Financial losses or missed opportunities
Errors in business decision-making
Investment outcomes or tax liabilities
Any other consequences of actions taken as a result of this programme
You agree to participate at your own risk and acknowledge full personal responsibility for your financial decisions.
7. Confidentiality & Behaviour
This programme is a safe, confidential, and respectful space. By enrolling, you agree to the following:
All group sessions, chats, calls, and community interactions areconfidential. You must not share or disclose any information shared by other participants.
All content and resources are forpersonal use onlyand mustnot be copied, shared, or repurposedwithout written permission
Disruptive behaviour, rudeness, trolling, or bullying will result inimmediate removal from the programme with no refund. You will still be liable for the full payment
8. Modifications & Access
You will have access to all programme materials for the full 12 months from your start date. Louisa Willcox reserves the right to update, adjust, or enhance materials and delivery structure as needed to ensure the best participant experience.
9. Communication
All official communication will be sent via email to the address provided at signup. You are responsible for ensuring that emails are received and read. If your contact details change, please notify [email protected] immediately.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. By enrolling, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales in the event of any legal dispute.
11. Copyright & Intellectual Property
All materials, videos, templates, lessons, and digital content remain the sole property of Louisa Willcox and Let’s Get Wealthy Ltd, and are protected by copyright law.
Materials are for yourindividual use only
You maynot copy, sell, share, edit, or republishany content
You maynot use these materials to create your own programme or services
Any unauthorised use may result in legal action
12. Force Majeure
Louisa Willcox and Let’s Get Wealthy Ltd are not liable for any failure or delay in delivery due to circumstances beyond control, including (but not limited to) illness, emergencies, natural disasters, internet outages, or government restrictions.
No refunds will be issued due to such events.
13. Technology Disclaimer
This programme is delivered via third-party platforms (e.g., email, Zoom, video hosting). While every effort is made to ensure smooth delivery, Let’s Get Wealthy Ltd is not liable for platform errors, outages, or access issues. Participants are responsible for their own internet access and device compatibility.
14. Non-Transferable Enrolment
Your enrolment is non-transferable. You may not assign, gift, or resell your place in the programme. Access is granted exclusively to the person who enrolled.
15. Group Call Access
This programme includes one live group call per month, delivered via Zoom or Microsoft Teams, depending on availability. These sessions are included in your fee.
No additional messaging, 1:1 support, or extra calls are included. If further support is required, private mentoring can be arranged separately for an additional fee. To request this, contact [email protected].
16. Use of Shared Comments & Testimonials
By joining this programme, you agree that Louisa Willcox may use quotes, messages, feedback, or other verbal/written contributions you share in the group or on calls as testimonials or marketing materials without prior warning or additional permission.
If you prefer to remain anonymous, please inform Louisa in writing.
17. Recording Consent
Group coaching calls may be recorded and made available to participants for replay. By attending these calls, you consent to being recorded. If you do not wish to appear in a recording, you are responsible for turning off your camera and microphone.
18. Data & Privacy
All participant data will be stored securely and used only to deliver the Let’s Get Wealthy™ programme. We will never sell or share your personal information.

Final Agreement
By enrolling in Let’s Get Wealthy™, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the above terms and conditions.
These terms are binding, enforceable, and designed to protect the integrity of the programme, the wellbeing of the community, and the intellectual property of Let’s Get Wealthy Ltd.
